Comprehensive Start-up/Shutdown and mid-season inspection(s) includes checking controller & controller programming and adjusting as necessary for proper watering, checking for broken or worn-out sprinkler heads and/or stuck valves, and adjusting sprinkler heads in each zone as necessary. Any replacement/repair would be billed as described in each package above.

I’ve been using Champion Lawn Care since October 2023. They have been very helpful in getting my property up to where it needs to be since we moved in. Mark, the owner, takes the time to address concerns. He is hands-on in his business, which is always good to know. Phil, project manager, is very good at his job. He orchestrated a cleanup and pruning as well as put in an extension of our driveway that turned out beautifully. The receptionist seems very confident when answering my calls. She is the best at listening and addressing my questions. I feel confident that she will get my messages sent directly to the right person. Lastly, my property is three acres with several beds that needs constant maintenance. Needless to say, it’s a lot of work. Last week, Pepe, Marco and Luis cleaned up my property like I’ve never seen before. I was floored at the amazing job they did during their time here. I wish I had a before and after to post. Before moving here, I always had landscaping companies that took care of my 1/2 acre property, which was much easier than what I have now, and none of those companies worked as hard or addressed my concerns as well as Champion has in the last nine months. I hope to continue working with Champion on many future projects, if they will keep us on their list.

Out doing yard work? they'll take debris away for you for free when they come by if it's not a lot. They'll also put in the extra effort to blow out your garage of leaves when they come by if the door's open. Fantastic imo.

I highly recommend Champion! They recently installed pavers to create a new outdoor patio and fire pit for our backyard as well as planted privacy trees. From the initial consultation with Phil, to the administrative functions with Missy to the performance of the installers - everyone was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Phil even recommended a contractor (DK Custom Builder) to build our new screened porch and they were also top notch! I found their prices to be highly competitive and the quality of their work is phenomenal. We went from a backyard that was almost useless to a beautiful useful space where we’ll be happy to entertain our family and friends for years to come. We had a large landscaping project and Champion did a great job. Phil came out and had many great ideas for what we were trying to do. He offered some designs to expand our lawn, add to our flower beds and fix some run-off issues. He kept us informed on the timing of the project and availability of materials. The project ended being finished earlier than originally expected. Phil and his crew were great!! They did everything they promised and exceeded expectations. We will definitely use them for more projects and highly recommend them!!!
